Refund policy
STOCK SHOW SHOP RETURN POLICY
We accept returns if any product is broken upon arrival or if any jewelry product breaks within 14 days. Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.
2. Exchanges
We exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product you are eligible for a full refund or we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
